This weekly movement lab will help you create a better mind-body connection. We'll learn new skills that improve the function of the foot, the hip, the shoulder, the neck, the spine and the breath. You can then take these fundamental core connections back to your yoga practice, pilates class, golf game or hiking and feel the difference.
On May 27th, we're focusing on maintaining proper alignment and form while exercising with resistance bands.
