This eight class program will help you develop a strength-based exercise practice that targets both the deeper muscles, that create optimal alignment and stability, and the larger more superficial muscles that are responsible for movement.
Attention to form, posture, consistency of practice, and tissue adaptation over time are the key ingredients in a successful strength-based exercise practice. This program will be an hour-long class twice a week for one month.
