A slow and deep practice of learning how to hold one part of the body still and move another mindfully and with control. We’ll use the breath to expand from the inside out to  engage the pelvic floor, deep abdominals, and small spinal muscles that create a stable lower back and pelvis.

You’ll learn how to connect with your abdominals, which are muscles that stabilize your hip and shoulder joints, and they flex, extend, and rotate the spine. You’ll learn movement skills that last a lifetime and can be applied to any movement activity to both prevent and recover from injury.
