Every class is recorded, so if you can't make it in real-time, you can catch up later. Once you get into the flow of using the program, it'll become as familiar as driving your car, and you'll be navigating with ease. Here’s a guide to get you into the online platform.   • I completely get it; we've all had our share of screen fatigue. The beauty of our program is that you don't have to travel anywhere, which also means you're reducing your carbon footprint and helping the environment. There's no excuse not to participate because you have the convenience of the recordings. And if a particular class works wonders for your body (like relieving that nagging shoulder pain), you can access it again whenever you need it!

  • We've all been there, signing up for something with the best intentions but not always following through. That's where I come in. I'll keep you motivated, and I'm here to hold you accountable. We all need support, especially when it comes to taking care of ourselves, and I'm committed to helping you succeed.

If an exercise triggers a pain pattern, that's actually a positive sign because it means we've identified an underlying movement pattern that needs attention. We'll work together to figure it out, reset your body, and eliminate the pain. Our approach is about healing through exercise, ensuring you move with confidence and comfort.

  • I believe in a collaborative approach where I consult with your chiropractor, physiotherapist, osteopath or massage therapist and understand what they are doing so that my work with you supports everything else you are doing.

  • It depends. Some people get immediate relief and benefit. For others it takes a little longer. This is a process and a practice that allows you to view pain and dysfunction as a part of a continuum that you can address and change rather than accept and be forced to live with.
